Reality Training are very pleased to announce the launch of their first B2B Open Course is under way!

The B2B Professional is a 5 module course run for just 2 hours every week.

The first course has a wide range of international participants, from Sweden, India and across the UK. They sell various products and services including University places, 3D printing and CRM software.

The B2B Professional Open Course breaks down the key elements of business selling and account management.

Module 1 looks at Planning and Research, together with time management and customer segmentation. Module 2 focuses on the very start of the conversation – getting appointments and the best way to open meetings. Module 3 is all about key questioning skills that open up the conversation and positions you as an important business partner. Module 4 helps you make sense of your value proposition, and Module 5 is about objection handling and closing.
