Founded in 2002, we’re a team of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds – professional trainers, executive coaches, facilitators, salespeople, business managers, teachers, authors, theatre directors, producers, and actors – who work to revitalise, transform, and energise businesses.

Bob Morrell & Jeremy Blake met at drama school in Oxford. They went on to create an innovative and unique sales training double act, enabling them to bring a distinctive dynamic to their style of delivery. Bob and Jeremy bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to every sales transformation partnership. They speak regularly at industry conferences and host two popular podcasts. 

Reality Training now offers a range of experienced trainers and coaches, delivering in the Reality style.

MD & Executive Coach

After a successful advertising career at UBM, Ziff Davis, and Expedia, Bob co-founded Reality Training with Jeremy in 2001, drawing on his corporate experiences to shape the company's ethos. Together, they’ve created a winning sales training double act, propelling Reality Training to the forefront of sales training and business coaching, with their innovative approach and end-to-end transformation programmes.

Jeremy’s journey also began at the Oxford School of Drama, before teaching English as a Foreign Language and drama therapy in a prison setting. Transitioning into the world of sales, he went on to become a leading salesperson for a theatrical programme publisher before moving to Yellow Pages, winning national sales awards and becoming one of the top salespeople in the UK.

Originally from Bo’ness in Scotland, Jo now calls Hertfordshire home, where she lives with her husband and daughter. With a background in London’s West End theatre, racking up 11 West End musicals, Jo’s transition to Reality Training in 2013 marked the beginning of her journey as a trainer and coach.

Donna's journey from television performances on shows like Alan Partridge and Harry Enfield to acclaimed stage productions exemplifies her versatility and talent.


Hannah Franklin


Hannah, a Bristol University graduate in Classical Studies, later pursued acting at Drama Centre London and Central Saint Martins. With over 14 years of experience, she’s a certified communication skills trainer, facilitating workshops for multinational organisations like the Bank of England, Hitachi, EDF and Kuoni.


Lisa Thompson


Lisa is a seasoned learning and development professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. With a background in UK contact centre team management, sales, service, and HR within FCA regulated organisations like Think Money, Baines & Ernst, and BUPA, Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to her role.


Tim Treloar


With over two decades of experience, Tim is a versatile actor, trainer and facilitator. Specialising in corporate role play, improvised interactions, and forum theatre, he brings a wealth of expertise across various domains including sales, customer service, mental health, diversity, recruitment, and company culture.


Joti Patel


Joti is a specialist in high-value communications within Learning & Development. With a background in psychology, she began her career at the NEC Group, contributing to international conferences and events. Recognised for her expertise, Joti transitioned into a senior advisory role, gaining a specialisation in L&D.
