Natalie is a director, author, and producer with over a decade of experience building a successful theatre company based in Cumbria. She has led national and international partnerships, producing theatre tours, festivals, and creative projects that bring people together through impactful storytelling and collaboration.

A graduate of East 15 Acting School with a BA in Physical Theatre, Natalie has also mentored artists and delivered training programmes for a wide range of organisations. Her work combines creativity and energy - skills she brings with enthusiasm to her role at Reality Training.
