Mathew is a BAFTA-nominated producer, actor, and writer with over a decade of experience in performance and professional development. A graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, he specialises in role-play-based training across the medical, educational, and corporate sectors.

He has worked with a wide range of organisations including the Department for Work and Pensions, Cardiff Medical School, Cardiff School of Pharmacy, FOR Cardiff, South Wales Fire and Rescue, and BMW. Mathew delivers high-impact sessions designed to build confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence in real-world communication challenges.
