Since joining the Reality team in 2022, Lorraine has played a pivotal role in supporting the management of Reality’s training programmes and amplifying its online presence. With a degree in Publishing from Napier University, Edinburgh, Lorraine’s career journey spans  communication, press relations and marketing roles; first at Michael O’Mara Books and BBC Books, where she spearheaded major publicity campaigns for high-profile book titles, then in local government and early years education, developing communications strategies and building strong working partnerships. Lorraine lives in Kent with her husband and two sons.
