Lisa has worked on Reality training programmes for organisations including Sky and Chubb, bringing 17 years of experience in sales and customer service, much of it gained in financial services and contact centre environments.

Before moving into learning and development, Lisa worked in leadership roles herself, managing teams and working across sales, customer service and HR. Her experience includes organisations such as Think Money Group, Radius Payment Solutions and Baines & Ernst, so she understands first-hand the pressures managers and customer-facing teams are dealing with.

Lisa has also spent more than eight years delivering training across the UK, covering leadership, sales, customer service, presentation and behavioural skills. That combination of operational and training experience means she can relate what happens in the training room to the situations people are dealing with every day at work.

Based in Manchester, she is an Associate Member of the CIPD and also works as a coach and mentor, helping people think through how they lead, communicate and work
