Kirsty brings over 25 years of experience as a professional actress and singer to her work with Reality Training, blending performance expertise with a passion for helping others communicate.

A graduate of the University of Warwick with a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies, Kirsty has worked extensively across stage and screen. Her recent television credits include Doctor Who, The Rings of Power, Passenger, The Tower, The Undeclared War, Rebel Cheer Squad, and Call the Midwife. Her theatre work spans the West End, national tours, and regional repertory theatre. She was awarded the UK Theatre Award for Best Supporting Performance in a Musical for her role in Spend Spend Spend at the Watermill Theatre.

Alongside her performance career, Kirsty has built a strong reputation as a coach and teacher, working with institutions including Goldsmiths University, the International College of Musical Theatre, Mountview Theatre School, the V&A Museum, and the Almeida Theatre.
