John is an experienced actor, writer, director and skills trainer based in Bristol, with over 15 years of experience delivering workshops, coaching, and role-play for a wide range of organisations. He has worked with clients including Nationwide, HSBC, NHS, MoD, Chubb, and EDF, with a particular focus on developing communication, presentation and creative thinking skills.

John uses role-play to bring training to life in a memorable and practical way. He is also the Artistic Director of Closer Each Day: the Improvised Soap Opera at The Wardrobe Theatre in Bristol – the UK’s longest running theatre show outside London.

In addition to training, he has taught drama and improvisation across the UK and developed creativity courses for the Bristol Improv Theatre. One day he plans to write a book too – soon!
