Ffion is an actor, writer, and facilitator from Aberystwyth with over a decade of experience helping people develop confident, effective communication. Her work spans a wide range of settings – from role-play with medical students and consultants, to communication training with unaccompanied refugees, and intensive workshops with young people in deprived areas.

Alongside her group work, Ffion delivers one-to-one coaching to both young people and adults, supporting them to find their voice and express themselves with clarity and confidence.

Ffion believes strongly in the agency and power that comes from harnessing the voice. She explores this through her work as a multi-commissioned playwright, through training with the BBC, and through performance projects with leading UK theatres. Her experience includes working with organisations such as National Theatre of Wales, Welsh Water, Princess of Wales Hospitals, and many others.

Known for her inclusive and compassionate approach, Ffion understands that communication doesn’t always come easily. She creates safe, supporting learning environments where people feel at ease, valued and able to grow.
