With over 30 years of training experience, Claudette brings expertise and energy to every session she runs. She began her career in recruitment, training consultants and managers, before expanding into customer service, wellbeing, communication skills, and manager development.

A CIPD-qualified trainer with a Distinction in Training Delivery, she continues to build on her skills through an international communication programme – reflecting her love of learning and personal growth.

Known for her warmth and ability to connect, Claudette’s sessions inspire confidence and help people at all levels perform at their best. She also delivers communication workshops in schools and colleges, helping young people express themselves and prepare for the world of work.

Claudette is based in the West Midlands.
