If you work with Reality, there’s a good chance you’ll get to know Ann. She’s the person making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time and that the practical side of your programme runs as smoothly as the training itself.

Ann has been part of Reality Training for over 18 years, coordinating projects from the initial planning through to delivery and beyond. She works closely with clients, trainers and the wider Reality team throughout.

Training programmes can involve a lot of moving parts, particularly when we’re working with large teams across different locations. Ann coordinates the people, dates and practical details behind each project, keeping everyone informed and making sure clients know what’s happening and when.

Before joining Reality, Ann worked for organisations including Investors in People UK and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), building extensive experience in project management and working with people across different organisations. She has a degree in English and History from University College Dublin.

Executive Coaching

Alongside her role in operations, Ann is a qualified executive coach, accredited by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC).

She brings the same calm, thoughtful approach to coaching that she brings to her work with Reality’s clients, giving people the time and space to talk openly, think through what’s happening and consider what they want to do next.

Away from Reality

Ann lives in Kent with her husband and two daughters and returns to Ireland as often as she can to spend time with family.
